3. User Obligations

• Not misrepresent your identity, company, or portfolio size
• Treat assigned virtual assistants with professionalism and respect
• Not attempt to directly hire or solicit our VAs outside of our service during an active engagement or within 12 months of its conclusion
• Not use our website to transmit harmful code, spam, or unauthorized content

4. Consultation and Matching Process

Submitting a consultation request does not obligate you to purchase any services. Our team will review your needs and propose a VA match. You are free to accept or decline the proposed match. Service terms, pricing, and start dates are confirmed only upon mutual written agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Pricing for VA services is provided during the consultation process and confirmed in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

• Payments are due according to the schedule in your service agreement
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified
• Refund policies are detailed in your individual service agreement

6. Intellectual Property

All content on PropertyManagementBiz.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, articles, tools, and software, is the property of PropertyManagementBiz.com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
